RS Planning Consultants was established in the year 2015 as a start-up 100% black-owned company. Mr. Magau Mulisa, the founder of this firm possesses invaluable experience in development planning particularly integrated development planning and /or strategic planning, spatial planning, planning administration, development implementation, and community development. He has managed several developments related projects /studies during his previous employment until he realized a need to establish his firm. The firm offers land-use management services such as subdivision and consent uses.

Magau Mulisa Holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Venda. He previously worked for MOK Development Consultants as a Project Manager. He is Town Planner.
